15 days tour from Casablanca

 

1^st Day: start tour from Casablanca airport.

     Upon arrival, we are going to greet you at the airport and accompany you to Casablanca town; you will visit the Hassan II Mosque and walking the coastal "Cornish" seaside.  Afterwards, you will leave into Rabat, the capital of Morocco, where you will spend the night in a Riad (hotel) located in the middle of the medina of the capital.

2^nd Day: Casablanca- Rabat – Chefchaouen.

   Today, with our driver, you are going to visit the Hassan Tower in Rabat, then drive to Chefchaouen city by crossing the Rif Mountains, Wazzan town and some Rif villages. You will be in blue city at the afternoon.

3^rd Day: Chefchaouen sightseeing.

    After breakfast, day free for walking around and discovering the stunner city of Morocco, with its sightseeing blue color at the feet of the Rif Mountains and the source of Ras El Maa.

Chefchaouen medina had a Spanish-style square surrounded by many funky arts and crafts stores, restaurants and cafes where you will spend your night. It is one of the country’s charming cities.

 4^th Day: Chefchaouen city - Volubilis-Meknes – Fez.

     After breakfast, your journey will start towards Volubilis, where you will visit the Roman ruins and learn about the archeological site and its Moroccan history. After there, you are going to continue to Meknes city which had a 17th century heritage. Have lunch here, then hang out at the historical huge walls of the medina, Bab el Mansour and enjoy a visit to Moulay Ismail s shrine also the mysterious prison of QARA.

   Afternoon, you head directly to Fes city, where you will spend the night.

5^th Day: Fes Sightseeing.

       In the morning, you are going with expert local guide for exploring the oldest city in Morocco, walking in its alleys and small streets. Your visit starts by visiting the Royal Palace gate, the Jewish headquarters, the first Mellah ever built in Morocco, built during the 16th century. You will ensure that you visit all sites with a cultural and historical interest including the famous Al Qaraouine University, the first in the world, the Tanneries, the Mulay Idriss mausoleum and the Attarine museum. After lunch, you can have a great panoramic view over the whole "medina" old city of Fez.

6^th Day: Fes – Midelt.

     At 8:00 a.m, you will travel towards Ifran, a beautiful mountain town, referred to as "the Switzerland of Morocco" and then on to Midelt. During this travel you’ll experience glimpses of the Middle Atlas and High Atlas mountains. Stopping at Azrou, is Berber village in the middle of the famous cedar forest, where you may see Barbary apes. After sometime within the forest, your trip continues to Midelt along the magnificent hills and the Atlas Mountains. There, you will be accommodated in a luxury hotel, dinner included.

7^th Day: Midelt – Merzouga.

      After breakfast in your hotel, you will come to Merzouga desert via Errachidia and Erfoud by passing through the fascinating Tiz Ntalghamt pass and the Ziz vally along the road, taking in views of the High Atlas plateau. You’ll notice how the landscape changes to reveal hints of the desert as you approach the Errachidia town, where you'll have lunch.

    Afterwards, you will continue and sometimes stop for taking fotos on panoramic views along the way to Erfoud and Rissani. You will arrive at Merzouga in the afternoon. You’ll be welcomed with a glass of tea before you begin your camel ride to the desert camp for spending an overnight there with Berber music and sand boarding.

8^th Day: Merzouga - khamlia village.

    In the early morning, you should wake up to watch what well may be the best sunrise of your life. Then, you’ll peacefully camel-trek back to your hotel, assess the unique beauty of the stunner Erg Chebbi dunes – changing with the light as the day progresses. After a shower and breakfast, you’ll leave for Ramlia village, a remote village in the middle of desert.  There you'll meet the local people and experience in small oasis, it is real rural Morocco. You have the chance to learn about style life of Nomads. In the afternoon, you will come back to your hotel.

9^th Day: Merzouga - Tingher-toudgha Gorges - Dades valley.

    After breakfast in the hotel, you are going to drive off-road in the beautiful black desert crossing Berber oases of palm trees, mud houses, till we get to Alnif village, a place known for its fossil industry where you will have a stop for a drink, then continue your journey via the high Atlas mountains to see the stunning gorges of Todgha with springs of water runs between the rocks. After the gorges, your trip continues through the magic mountains of the Dades Valley where you will spend the night in a nice hotel located on the top of the mountain with an overview panoramic of the valley.

10^th Day: Dades valley -  Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Marrakech.

 

  Today, you will travel through the Dades Valley towards Kalaa M'gouna and Ouarzazat. The route through Dades Valley is called, “the 1000 kasbahs way” well-known for its roses and the cinema studios of Ouarzazate.  You will pass by Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, built by T-hami El Glaoui, one of the last Berber chieftains.  During the beginning of the 20th Century, now it is a UNESCO heritage site. After that, you will begin to cross the high Atlas Mountains with many panoramic views and attractive Berber villages all along the way till Marrakech city.

11^th Day: Marrakech - Essaouira.

    Today, your driver/guide will pick you up at 8:00 a.m from your riad, towards Essaouira, enjoying the natural surrounding country side, you will continue on, soon coming upon our first signs of the Argan trees. These special trees are valued for cooking, cosmetic and numerous medicinal properties.they are under the protection of UNESCO. Finally you will get in Essaouira.

    Essaouira is a medieval city famous for its annual festival of Gnaoua music and a UNESCO world heritage site. There are many things to admire during your trip  such as its pleasant weather being close to the ocean, La Skala, place Moulay El Hassan, the port, the ramparts, and the Jewish district, you can stroll in its amusing narrow streets exploring the ancient French and Portuguese architecture, revel in the beach, visit the port. also you may dine on fish straight out of the sea at any number of local restaurants, and if you want! you can ride a camel on the beach.

12^th Day: Essaouira – Marrakesh.

    After breakfast, you will come back to Marrakech. On the way, this is an opportunity to visit the women's co-operative of Argan oil where they extract the oil that is famous for its cooking, cosmetic and medicinal properties. Then you will continue your trip to Marrakech several stops for taking photographs, and check-in to your riad/hotel.

    After dinner, you enjoy walking within the famous square of Jemaa Elfna, entertained by magicians, story tellers, musicians and snake charmers. Spend a night at riad in the Medina.

13^th Day: Marrakech Sightseeings.

     Today, with a local expert's Guide you will explore Marrakesh city, by visiting its wonderful and stunning places; The Majorelle Garden, The Koutoubia Mosque, The square, The Medina, The Menara Garden, the Bahia Palace and Djemma el Fna Square where you will enjoy a walking tour by seeing palm readers, acrobats, camels, markets and more. In the afternoon, you will have some free time to roam by yourself through the other parts of the city.

14 ^th Day: Free day in Marrakech.

    Today, you will be on your own. And if you would like to have a cooking class, moroccotoursdata Team may help to arrange it for you. We are in your services any time.

15^th Day: Transfer to the airport.

Our tour agent will take you to the airport and provide assistance.
