9 days adventure tour from Casablanca

1^st Day: start tour from Casablanca airport.

     Upon arrival, we are going to greet you at the airport and accompany you to Casablanca town; you will visit the Hassan II Mosque and walking the coastal "Cornish" seaside.  Afterwards, you will leave into Rabat, the capital of Morocco, where you will spend the night in a Riad (hotel) located in the middle of the medina of the capital.

2^nd Day: Casablanca- Rabat – Chefchaouen.

   Today, with our driver, you are going to visit the Hassan Tower in Rabat, then drive to Chefchaouen city by crossing the Rif Mountains, Wazzan town and some Rif’s villages. You will be in blue city at the afternoon.

3^rd Day: Chefchaouen sightseeing.

    After breakfast, day free for walking around and discovering the stunner city of Morocco, with its sightseeing blue color at the feet of the Rif Mountains and the source of Ras El Maa.

Chefchaouen medina had a Spanish-style square surrounded by many funky arts and crafts stores, restaurants and cafes where you will spend your night. It is one of the country’s charming cities.

 4^th Day: Chefchaouen – Volubilis Ruins -Meknes – Fez.

     After breakfast, your journey will start towards Volubilis, where you will visit the Roman ruins and learn about the archeological site and its Moroccan history. After there, you are going to continue to Meknes city which had a 17th century heritage. Have lunch here, then hang out at the historical huge walls of the medina, Bab el Mansour and enjoy a visit to Moulay Ismail s shrine also the mysterious prison of QARA.

   Afternoon, you head directly to Fes city, where you will spend the night.

5^th Day: Fes Sightseeing.

       In the morning, you are going with expert local guide for exploring the oldest city in Morocco, walking in its alleys and small streets. Your visit starts by visiting the Royal Palace gate, the Jewish headquarters, the first Mellah ever built in Morocco, built during the 16th century. You will ensure that you visit all sites with a cultural and historical interest including the famous Al Qaraouine University, the first in the world, the Tanneries, the Mulay Idriss mausoleum and the Attarine museum. After lunch, you can have a great panoramic view over the whole "medina" old city of Fez.

6^th Day: Fes – Midelt – Arfoud – Merzouga desert.

     At 8:00 a.m, you will travel towards Ifran, a beautiful mountain town, referred to as "the Switzerland of Morocco" and then on to Midelt. During this travel you’ll experience glimpses of the Middle Atlas and High Atlas mountains. Stopping at Azrou, is Berber village in the middle of the famous cedar forest, where you may see Barbary apes. After sometime within the forest, your trip continues to Midelt along the magnificent hills and the Atlas Mountains. There, where lunch will be held in a traditional and a typical southern restaurant. after that you will be on the road again to Sahara this time we will be passing by the Ziz valley and the astonishing landscapes of the Aoufous oasis, if you are interested in photography this is a one splendid chance for you to excel your skills in this panoramic view. As night falls, you will be found in the heart of Sahara Merzouga.

7^th Day: Merzouga - khamlia - Erg Chebbi – Merzouga.

     Today, you will live an expedition around Erg Chebbi, the favorite place of every desert traveler, as it is characterized by its towering sand dunes, which can reach a height of more than 245 m. passing through many desert villages one of which is the village of Khamlia where you will enjoy Gnawa spiritual music performed by descendants of ancient slaves from sub-Saharan areas. Afterwards you will follow the nomads route to discover their way of life so simple but full of generosity and hospitality.

       At noon, have Lunch at a local restaurant. Before sunset, your dune bashing tour will begin by carrying you on camels to the camp it may seem long and exhausting but well worth, along with enjoying the magical and eccentric dunes with the stunning sunset. After the trip you will arrive at the camp of tents to spend the night. You can then explore the site on your own.

8^th Day: Merzouga – Rissani - Toudra Gorges – Dades Gorges.

     As soon as the light of the sun strikes, you should get up early to see the wonderful sunrise from the top of the dunes. Be sure to witness a moment of glory, the reddish colors reflected off the sand dunes, the silence and calm, and the sound of the morning breeze. Then after breakfast, again the camels or car will take you back to the vehicle to continue your route to Ouarzazate via Rissani where you will stop to  visit its traditional Souk which is considered the largest in all southern Morocco, where 367 villages around their shopping, we will continue to Toudra Gorges, Dades Valley, one great shot to photograph when the sunset begins to look enchanting and heavenly beauty descends on the palms and this Vally Dades, you will have dinner, and spend a night in a hotel of Dades Gorges.

9^th Day: Dades Gorges - Ouarzazate – the High Atlas – Marrakech.

Today, you will travel through the Dades Valley towards Kalaa M'gouna and Ouarzazate. The route through Dades Valley is called, “the 1000 kasbahs way” well-known for its roses and the cinema studios of Ouarzazate.  You will pass by Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, built by T-hami El Glaoui, one of the last Berber chieftains.  During the beginning of the 20th Century, now it is a UNESCO heritage site. After that, you will begin to cross the high Atlas Mountains with many panoramic views of “Tizi-N-Tichka” road and attractive Berber villages all along the way before arriving at your hotel in Marrakech city where your 9 days adventure with us ended.
