1-Reservations:
-Payment Terms:
A full payment of a tour should be completed at the commencement of services or during, if no other arrangements were made.
For group tours specific terms and conditions apply, depending on a number of visitors, hotel accommodation, and season. You can always contact us for more information.
All changes and additions to your reservation request should be made in written form and sent us by email/whatsapp. For the avoidance of misunderstanding of any sort, it is necessary to have a cancellation/change confirmation from our staff.
-Forms of Payment:
We welcome payment by any of the following methods used:
► Credit card.
► PayPal.
► Cash down.
Note that all bank charges for money transfer must be paid by the sender.
-Prices:
-The Price of tour depends on the number of people, periods of the year, then according to the reservations included in the trip, such as transportation only or with full accommodation during the trip or some of them.
-All prices are negotiable.
-Deposit:
-Pay 30% of the total amount of the service in advance as a deposit or down payment.
-Please note that costs of payment(s) (either transferred via bank or by direct money transfer) are not included in the tour price, all such costs shall be borne entirely by you.
2-Cancellation:
-100% refund of the deposit for cancellation, no less than 20 days before the tour specified date.
-Refund 50% of the deposit for cancellation, 10 to 19 days before the tour specified date.
-Reimbursement of 10% of deposit Cancellation between 5 and 9 days earlier.
-No refund of deposit for cancellation 5 days before.
Kind of our cancellations:
Security Cancellations: Morocco tours data agency reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time if we feel that the safety of the travelers may be compromised Such as natural disasters or in the occurrence of war. The refund of all payments received constitutes a full settlement.
Emergency Cancellations: Governmental decisions resulting in our inability to provide the tour as anticipated may have to result in tour cancellations. We reserve the right to cancel a tour if the currency exchange has more than a 25% impact on the price; in which case we may cancel and refund all payments received to date or offer to provide the tour at the new exchange rate. If we are unable to provide the tour for other unforeseeable reasons or emergencies we will refund all payments received to date as a full settlement.
